We had the absolute pleasure of working with Devon Fox on the sale of our home. We recently closed on our home and we are absolutely thrilled for our future there.Devon and Dustin were recommended to us by our friends, and we ended up working with Devon.From the start, her supportive and positive energy made our search feel easy and pressure-free. Devon promptly scheduled our showings even when most of our requests were on short notice and if she couldn't make it, she always had someone else from their team do the showing at our requested time. Devon showed why she was so good when we decided to switch lenders, about 12 days from our closing, which left us with a tight deadline. However, she was very organized and calmly managed communications between our former lenders, the sellers, and their agents to put everyone at ease and keep the deal on track. My wife and I believe she expertly negotiated and brokered us a fantastic deal on our house and we are very happy with our purchase.Devon also has a wealth of local knowledge and was able to provide very good guidance, recommendations and showed us how to navigate the process with minimal hurdles. We are very excited to move into our new home and if we were to do it all over again, we would ask for her to be our agent without a second thought and recommend her without any reservation.
