If you need a realtor I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Devon and Dustin Fox. Dustin sold our house. He really knows what he’s doing and what it takes to get most attention for your house. He did so much with 100k+ advertising views, catered and food truck open house, online video advertising that aired on multiple sites. The video was really impressive, showcasing all the features and upgrades we made to the house.

We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Devon and Dustin. We met with a couple of realtors before Devon, but knew instantly that she was the perfect fit for us. After helping my parents find a home in Woodbridge, she was able to help my mother-in-law find a place in Alexandria a couple months later. Most recently, Martina helped my husband and I find a beautiful single family home in Alexandria as well as close on our 3 bedroom condo. There aren't really words to describe how great Dustin and Devon are at selling homes fast and for a high sale price. Dustin Fox did an excellent job of getting me a good price for my home, advice on what upgrades were necessary to get that price, and contractors he recommended to perform the work. I have to say the painters were excellent (Let's Roll Painting), and the deep clean crew (Lucia) - well I wish I had been introduced to them years ago - they made the place look like new. Dustin also helped deal with several HOA issues to clear the house for sale (For example the wood of fence gate had rotten out and the gate had to be replaced - Dustin found a contractor that could do the work quickly - including painting it - so the HOA would sign off on the sale). Fox home teams went above & beyond to get my house sold and I would strongly recommend them for the sale of you home in Fairfax County Virginia.

I went to Devon and Dustin Fox after having left another realtor that was not meeting my expectations. I moved to Stafford in March and was house shopping since January.
