From day one, Devon and her team demonstrated just why nearly all our research pointed to Fox. Knowledgeable and energetic, Devon instantly understood our personal situation and helped us align priorities to make our place not only sale ready, but desirably staged and presented. Professional staging advice, quality video and interactive online virtual tours placed our house at the top of the list of many within the first few days of listing. They definitely built the interest. Communication during the sale period was always prompt, all questions were answered, and we felt well informed.
